Brad KulurisBrad currently serves as the Arizona Convener. He made his Men’s Rite of Passage at Ghost Ranch, New Mexico in 2003. From that beginning he has embarked on his second half of life’s adventure. Brad is the father of six children and has two grandchildren. Divorced in 2005. In 2006, he left the hospitality industry after 30 years to become the COO and VP of Advancement of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix. Brad enjoys the outdoors and fills his free time developing rites of passage for boys leaving grade school, leaving middle school and leaving high school. He also enjoys leading drum-building workshops, creating rituals and playing the Native American flute.

Durrall came to the CAC after attending a short talk by Fr. Richard to address a UNM student organization in February 2006. In the weeks that followed, Durrall visited the CAC, read several of Richard’s books, and attended the Jesus/Paul As Liberator talks. In May 2006, Durrall completed the Men’s Rites of Passage (MROP) at Ghost Ranch in Abiquiu, NM. The MROP experience energized an interest in male spirituality and in activities related to men’s work. In early 2009, Durrall accepted the call to stand as the M.A.L.E’s Convener for the initiated men of the Rio Grande Region. In Aug 2009, Durrall participated in the Center’s off-site work camp at Red Mesa. And in Oct 2009, he participated in the first ever M.A.L.E’s Fifth Initiation Rite for Men (FIRMing) at Aravaipa Canyon Ranch, AZ.

Bob Strange is the Convener for the state of Texas. He completed the Men’s Rites of Passage at Ghost Ranch, New Mexico in 1998. He and his wife, Sandy, live in New Braunfels, Texas, and are the parents of seven children and grandparents to nine grandsons and four granddaughters.  In addition to his work in male spirituality, Bob and Sandy direct a Pathways Retreat for Women, a contemplative retreat on the feminine spiritual path.  Bob loves to cook, travel and spend time in nature.

Klaus lives in Vienna, Austria with his wife Melitta and their three children Lena, Lorenz and Anna. He did the Men's Rites of Passage in Arizona Triangle Ranch in April 2005 before going on to serve on the 2007 Austria MROP team. Klaus has been that country's convener since 2008 and has established the mannsein.at and maennergruppen.at sites for men's work in Austria and other German-speaking countries. Since 2006, with inspiration from Richard, Klaus has led 20 wilderness experience camps in the Alps for parents and their children. He earns his living as an international marketing and export coordinator and contractor.
