During the weekend of January 15-17, over forty leaders of M.A.L.Es. gathered at Hummingbird Music Camp in Jemez Springs, New Mexico for the annual Soularize meeting.  The group included regional leaders from across the United States as well as representatives from Australia and Scotland.  The weekend consisted of large group and small group meetings that provided opportunities to reflect on the various programs and topics associated with M.A.L.Es.  Programs discussed included the Men’s Rites of Passage (MROP), Journey of Illumination, and FIRMing (Fifth Initiation Rite of Men).  Topics discussed included inner work, communication, and the continued development of M.A.L.Es. regions. 

At the end of the weekend, the group departed with a strong energy and enthusiasm to continue the development of M.A.L.Es. events and programs for men around the world.
