Cancellation Policy
There is a $50 non-refundable deposit for all registrants. Cancellations may be submitted by phone to 505-242-9588 x122 or email to dataentry@cacradicalgrace.org. In the event you are unable to attend, you have a choice of one of the following options:
Substitutions are welcome at no additional fee. Simply provide complete registration information for your substitute.
– OR –
You may transfer the registration fees, less the $50 non-refundable deposit per registrant, toward another CAC sponsored program or use toward purchases from Mustard Seed – the CAC Resource – Center within two years
– OR –
if you would like a refund and your cancellation is received by Friday October 12, 2007 there will be a $10 processing fee in addition to the $50 non-refundable deposit per registrant.
Cancellations occurring between October 13 and October 18, 2007 will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee less the $10 processing fee per registrant.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and sent via fax to: (505)242-9518, or by email to dataentry@cacradicalgrace.org or by mail to: CAC, Attn: Cancellations, PO Box 12464, Albuquerque, NM 87105.
Please note: cancellations after October 18, 2007 and no-shows are not entitled to credit or refund.
