Registration Cancellation Policy
There is a $50 non-refundable deposit for all registrants. All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to be considered. Please email your request to register@cacradicalgrace.org or mail to: CAC, Attn: Cancellations, PO Box 12464, Albuquerque, NM 87195-2464. In the event you are unable to attend, you have a choice of one of the following options:
- Substitutions are welcome at no additional fee, providing that you provide complete registration information for your substitute.
- – OR –
- You may transfer the registration fees paid, less the $50 non-refundable deposit per registrant, toward another CAC-sponsored program, or toward purchases from Mustard Seed, the CAC Resource Center, within two years.
- – OR –
- If you would like a refund, and your cancellation is received by Friday, January 11, 2008, there will be a $10 processing fee per registrant, in addition to the $50 non-refundable deposit. After January 11, refunds will be limited to 50%, less the $50 non-refundable deposit and the $10 processing fee.
Please note that no-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.
