We have reached the maximum capacity for seating in the main ballroom, but you can still join us! Here's how:

SIMULCAST ROOM AT THE VENUE:
The Simulcast Room is a smaller ballroom at the venue, where participants will participate fully in the conference as a smaller conference community. The speakers will be viewed on a large screen as they present from the larger ballroom.

WEBCAST:
You can also still register to view the conference from home (or wherever you have web access) via the webcast!

On-line registration is now CLOSED.
We will accept walk-in registrations at the door for the SIMULCAST ROOM only.
Webcast registration is also still available.

— Registration Cancellation Policy —

There is a $50 non-refundable deposit for all registrants.All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to be considered. Please email your request to dataentry@cacradicalgrace.org

In the event you are unable to attend, you have a choice of one of the following options:

  • Substitutions are welcome at no additional fee, but you must provide complete registration information for your substitute.
  • — OR —
  • You may transfer the registration fees paid, less the $50 non-refundable deposit per registrant, toward another CAC-sponsored program, or toward purchases from Mustard Seed, the CAC Resource Center, within two years.
  • — OR —
  • If you would like a refund, and your cancellation is received by Monday, January 03, 2011, there will be a $10 processing fee per registrant, in addition to the $50 non-refundable deposit. After January 03, refunds will be limited to 50%, less the $50 non-refundable deposit and the $10 processing fee .

Please note that no-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.
