Group Registration

We are offering a 10% discount to groups of ten (10) people or more. Click on the links below to download registration instructions and forms.

GROUP REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please mail your completed group registration forms via USPS to the CAC, PO Box 12464, Albuquerque, NM 87195-2464 for these special group rates. Groups can also fax completed forms to (505) 242-9518.

— Registration Cancellation Policy —

There is a $50 non-refundable deposit for all registrants.All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to be considered. Please email your request to dataentry@cacradicalgrace.org

In the event you are unable to attend, you have a choice of one of the following options:

  • Substitutions are welcome at no additional fee, but you must provide complete registration information for your substitute.
  • — OR —
  • You may transfer the registration fees paid, less the $50 non-refundable deposit per registrant, toward another CAC-sponsored program, or toward purchases from Mustard Seed, the CAC Resource Center, within two years.
  • — OR —
  • If you would like a refund, and your cancellation is received by Sunday, July 03, 2011, there will be a $10 processing fee per registrant, in addition to the $50 non-refundable deposit. After July 03, refunds will be limited to 50%, less the $50 non-refundable deposit and the $10 processing fee .

Please note that no-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.
