GROUP REGISTRATION
Groups of 10 or more can receive a discount by registering together. Group registration forms must be mailed or faxed all together on the forms provided below and be received (if faxed) or postmarked (if mailed) by March 8, 2010.

- $145 per person for the conference
- $40 per person for the Thursday pre-conference workshop
