Group Registration

We are offering a 10% discount for groups of three or more. We are also offering a special for churches of $800.00 which includes registration for eight, a table in the marketplace and mention in the program.

GROUP REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please mail your completed group registration forms via USPS to the CAC, PO Box 12464, Albuquerque, NM 87195-2464 for these special group rates. Groups can also fax completed forms to (505) 242-9518.

Online registration for this event is now CLOSED.

We will accept walk-in registrations on the day of the event.

— Registration Cancellation Policy —

There is a $50 non-refundable deposit for all registrants. All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to be considered. Please email your request to orders@cacradicalgrace.org or mail to: CAC, Attn: Cancellations, PO Box 12464, Albuquerque, NM 87195-2464. In the event you are unable to attend, you have a choice of one of the following options:

  • Substitutions are welcome at no additional fee, providing that you provide complete registration information for your substitute.
  • — OR —
  • If you would like a refund, and your cancellation is received by Monday, November 22, 2010, there will be a $10 processing fee per registrant, in addition to the $50 non-refundable deposit. After November 22, refunds will be limited to 50%, less the $50 non-refundable deposit and the $10 processing fee .

Please note that no-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.
